Elite Brownstones were built in 2007 as a luxury condominium complex with an urban feel. Part of the Grand Forks downtown historical district, the building's exterior charm suit its surroundings. Inside, each condo unit has its own personality and unique design. No one unit is identical to the next, adding to the eclectic feel of urban life.

Surrounding the Elite Brownstones are photo tributes and a statue paying homage to our community for surviving and rebuilding after the flood of 1997. It was on this spot that stood The Security Building, which burned down in the aftermath of the flood.
